Refund policy

Exchanges: Within a maximum of 7 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and come with proof of purchase. Items that arrive defective or damaged are exchanged or repaired free of charge.

Refunds: Made only when the product you ordered is unavailable in stock. The full amount is refunded to your original payment method within a maximum of 7 days.

Not eligible: Opened earphones, headphones... ; custom orders; gift cards; repair services.
